Pre-Conference takes place on September 20th, 2021 from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. Registration for the pre-conference is in addition to the standard conference registration. Pre-Conference lunch is on your own.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference begins on October 1st, 2021 and ends on October 3rd, 2021. Conference registrations includes admission to all workshops, exhibits, awards dinner, conference materials, and breakfast every morning. Does NOT include Pre-Conference.

REFUND REQUESTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Must be in writing/email by September 20, 2021 to receive full refund, minus $50 cancellation fee
Requests made September 20, 2021 or later will receive 1/2 of registration fee, minus $50 cancellation fee.
Refund will be mailed 30 days after the end of the conference.
All checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $30 administrative fee
